Because now — thanks to a clear-eyed, remarkably articulate and aware young woman, who just turned 26 — we know. The Malignant-Narcissist-in-Chief, Donald “Caligula” Trump, unleashed and even attempted to lead an armed-to-the-teeth militia on Congress and his own Vice President on January 6, 2021. And he was informed at every step of the way that what he was contemplating was unconstitutional and illegal.
Thanks to the House GOP’s Sniveling Little Rat-Faced Git Kevin McCarthy’s spineless stupidity, the J6 Committee has been able to present their findings in the most compelling made-for-tv drama series ever produced. Every episode outdoes the previous installment — and they’re saving the Willard Hotel episode for last! You KNOW if Roger Stone is the featured villain of the final episode, it is going to be vastly entertaining!
And how do we know that Trump has lost all credibility now, even in the eyes of his beholders? He was forced to pretend that he never noticed that gorgeous, smart and photogenic twenty-something woman that sat in on all his meetings, and accompanied him on Air Force One. The special assistant who was head of his legislative affairs office! The extremely sociable, go-to liaison between the White House and Congress who always accompanied his Chief of Staff, managed his calendar, and got things done!
“Who, exactly?”
Remember, now, this is the same guy who was recorded on tape saying:
“You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful. I just start kissing them… It’s like a magnet. Just kiss… and when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything! Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.”
But we are now to believe that he never noticed this statuesque woman in the room:
Ha Ha! That’s a good one!! Very reminiscent of Clinton’s “I never had sex with that woman.” Donald Trump never noticed the beautiful and competent liaison for legislative affairs that was always in the room. Right. That is the one lie that will break Truth Social’s back.
As a retired attorney, I feel confident now in asserting that our Attorney General has no options left. The J6 Committee has gifted him his star witness in what will undoubtedly be the trial of the century: Donald Trump, Rudy Juliani, Mark Meadows, General Flynn, and Roger Stone’s seditious conspiracy to incite a riot and overthrow the United Sates Congress.
And because “felony murder” is defined by law to include anyone who is killed in the commission of a felony, this is a felony murder case as well:
“…when an offender kills (regardless of intent to kill) in the commission of a dangerous or enumerated crime… the offender, and also the offender’s accomplices or co-conspirators, may be found guilty of murder.”
In other words, these mugs are cop-killers.
One is only left to wonder what Trump would have done had he gotten his way after inciting the mob, and been driven to the front of his army’s assault on Congress as they were attempting to count electoral ballots. Would the Capitol Police have felt obliged to stand down with Trump ordering them to “OPEN THESE DOORS NOW!”? Without that resistance, would the mob have succeeded in breaching the proceedings, grabbing Pence, and dragging him to the gallows, as we now know Trump felt was appropriate for Pence’s betrayal of his criminal plot?
And THEN what?!?
Of course the AG will now be forced to indict this pathological lunatic and his henchmen, including the “good Nazi” Mark Meadows who refused to heed the strident warning from White House Counsel that “someone is going to die and their blood will be on your hands.” Pat Cipollone’s cover has also been blown now. Every lawyer knows that there is no attorney/client confidentiality for the commission of a crime. If he continues to assert such privilege, he becomes an accomplice to the seditious conspiracy. He will now be forced to testify to a federal grand jury, if not to the J6 Committee itself.
But lest we jump to the conclusion that, because of the heroic courage of this arch-conservative young lady, law and order will now prevail, consider the alternative. There are still at least twenty MILLION — and probably closer to 30M — Americans, mostly White Christian Nationalists, who are ALSO armed to the teeth, with automatic weapons, “standing by,” as their mafia don put it in a presidential debate, and awaiting the order to rise up and smite their enemy — who happens to be you and me, the still sane Americans who are mostly unarmed. That’s right — only about a third of Americans actually own a gun, and the ones with the automatic weapons substantially overlap that 20–30 Million Man Armed Militia.
So what will Don Corleone do now that the good cops are closing in on Mara Lago? Are we really ready for his final act? Because he can’t afford to wait till 2024. And we know how he treats the objects of his pathological desires.
